ZKTeco VEX-B25L outdoor Video Station

The ZKTeco VEX-B25L is a smart outdoor video station that combines video intercom capabilities, RFID card reading, and PIN code verification in a single compact unit, delivering a comprehensive access control solution. Running on a Linux operating system, it features a 2MP CMOS camera with a 110° horizontal and 60° vertical viewing angle, along with automatic lighting adjustment for clear visuals in varying conditions. Video is transmitted and stored using the H.264 codec for efficient, high-quality performance.

The VEX-B25L enables two-way communication with visitors through indoor monitors, allowing residents or staff to identify and verify a guest before granting access. The station supports two RFID card standards — 13.56MHz (IC) and 125kHz (ID) — along with PIN code entry via its built-in keypad. It's equipped with two relay outputs, enabling control of two door locks simultaneously, while RS-485 and Wiegand ports provide flexible integration with other access control devices.

Built from aluminum and tempered glass with an ABS keypad, the unit is rated IP65 for water and dust resistance and IK06 for vandal resistance, making it a durable choice for outdoor installation at residential complexes, offices, and gated entrances. Power is supplied via PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or DC, simplifying installation and reducing cabling costs.
